Festival Blues

Winter is almost here and I can certainly feel it weather wise! Cold, rain and windy seems the repeated theme at the moment and as the dark nights are drawing in I'm slowly becoming more of a hermit. However, I can't complain as this summer has not only been one of the sunniest but one of the best summers yet:

• Holiday to Spain with the family and my best mate
• My 17th birthday celebrations
• YNOT festival

YNOT is our local festival renowned for being 'small, fresh and loud' and this year was amazing. Featuring bands such as The Fratellis, Razorlight and Dizzee Rascal it had so much to offer I hardly slept! (literally 6 hours sleep over 3 days). It was fabulous and as summer fleds I miss the mud, lack of sleep and diet of fast food :( I think as long as your with your best friends you are guaranteed the time of your life. Next year is the 10th anniversary and it is a MUST- already excited!
