1. Go for a walk. There is nothing better than going for a walk with your headphones in, completely zoning out. Exercise and fresh air, going for a walk makes you feel better and is a great stress relief. You are also saving £ in terms of petrol and in my case miles.
2. Meet up with some friends and family. This is probably my favourite pass time because I love being in other peoples company. It also allows you to catch up with peers and relax.
3. Pamper. I love a good pamper, there is no feeling like freshly painted nails!
4. Shopping. Apart from dads and brothers, who doesn't love shopping? Retail therapy is a great pass time.
5. Going out for lunch. Another great pass time, food, company and coffee. Not much more you could need!
6. Read a book. In my case the only books I am currently allowing myself to read are 'The Kite Runner', 'Cupcakes and Kalashnikovs' and 'A Street Car Named Desire' due to English commands. Reading is ideal before bed as it's a fab way to relax.
7. Go for a run. I love running and try to go at least 3 days a week. It keeps you fit, you are getting fresh air and it also releases endorphins to the body.
8. Listen to music. I'm listening to music right now as I feel it helps me concentrate. Additionally, it makes things more pleasant and can improve your mood.
9. Go for a drive. Sometimes I feel like going for a drive as I get bored of sitting in the house; looking at the same four walls. There are endless possibilities of places to go in the car (McDonalds probably being the first choice of most teenagers).
10. Update your blog/ social media page. This is what I'm doing now! I fancied a revision break.
