❅ Snow ❅

I don't think anyone woke up this morning without being surprised at the amount of snow we received last night- 8inches of the white stuff! With snow comes various pros and cons.



Pros- An excuse to sit in, eating a lot of food and drinking countless cups of tea.

Cons- It's freezing, numb feet and its impossible to look half decent in the snow (red nose and many layers of clothes making you look 10 stone heavier).

The A6 was rammed with cars this morning with queuing traffic for up to four hours and to the severe extent of queues on the bypass. It has been said that people were abandoning cars and attempting to walk to their destination. I have also heard people were getting out of their cars on the bypass to make snowmen and have snowball fights! ⛄

For me, due to college being closed, today has been an excuse to sit lounging in my leopard print onesie and attempt to do college work (yet I have ended up updating my blog). I'll get round to it eventually...😉

The snow has currently stopped but has given to furthermore worsen as the day progresses! For how long it will last, I don't know. But what I do know is that it feels like Christmas all over again.
